After years of helping to sell relatively low-cost products, advertising costs began to rise. It was increasingly difficult to make advertising profitable.
From 2020-2021, I started to see a trend change and since then I focused on high-value services.
First it was with coaching services, and then I started in the real estate sector.
Everything changed there.
I started working with a large real estate project in which we sold hundreds of properties per month. There I realized how my knowledge in lead generation could make a big impact on real estate sector clients.
With a project that started as a concept of a real estate project, without yet anything built, just with an idea, we ended up selling several million € each month.
Because it was profitable.
If the margins are large, the problem is not in getting the cheapest leads, but in getting more leads and more sales.

Suppose that the average of your profit per sale is, for example, €8,000.
I know, it could be much more or somewhat less depending on whether you are an agent or promoter, and the type of property, but let's take a "normal" example.
If you pay, for example, €10 for each lead, and sell to one in every 100 contacts, your acquisition cost, what it costs you to get each client, would be €1,000 on average.
For an average sale of €8,000, your margin would be €7,000.
And these numbers are quite pessimistic.
You probably don't need 100 contacts. What if you needed 50? Your cost to get a customer would be €500.
Would you pay €500 to get a sale with a margin of €7,500?
Would you pay €5,000 to get 10 sales and €75,000 margin?
When your system is profitable, you can scale to cover all your sales capacity.
Your only limit is your ability to deliver the service or the properties you have available.
